Products & Made-to-Order Items

 


All Savile Row Eyewear frames are handcrafted to order. As a result, production times vary and are provided as an estimate only.


Where frames are made to bespoke or personalised specifications (including sizing, finishes, temples, or custom details), these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.


Vintage Algha frames are sold as collectible items and may show signs of age consistent with their heritage.

 

 

 

Pricing & Payment

 


All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.


Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 


Shipping timelines include production time plus delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.


Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 


Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

  • Bespoke, customised, or made-to-order frames are non-returnable

  • Returns will not be accepted on items showing signs of wear or damage not deemed a manufacturing fault
